Silicone, Flame-Free Install

Pre-expanded high-elasticity silicone on a spiral support core. Install by pulling out the core — the tube retracts and seals tightly without any heat source. Ideal for flame-proof and confined spaces where open flame is prohibited.

Radiation-crosslinked polymer tubing from thin-wall insulation to heavy-wall waterproofing, busbar covers and stress-control tubes. Shrink ratio 2:1 to 4:1, continuous working temperature -55°C to 135°C.

Crosslinked Polymer, 2:1–4:1 Shrink

Radiation-crosslinked PE/PTFE-based tubing that shrinks tightly onto any substrate when heated. Thin-wall for insulation and ID marking, medium/heavy-wall with hot-melt lining for enhanced moisture sealing, plus busbar covers and stress-control tubes.

Dual-Wall Heat-Shrink Tubing

Two walls in one tube: a flame-retardant crosslinked polyolefin outer wall and a hot-melt adhesive inner wall. On heating, the outer wall shrinks tight while the inner wall melts and flows into every void — a waterproof IP68, corrosion-resistant and strain-relieved seal for spliced, terminated and direct-buried cables.

Adhesive-Lined · 3:1–4:1 · IP68 Sealed

Heavy-wall tubing co-extruded in two layers. The 3:1 and 4:1 shrink ratios let one size cover a wide cable range, while the hot-melt lining keeps moisture out of the joint under vibration, thermal cycling and direct burial. Supplied in black for 1–10kV and red for 1kV phase identification.
